The development of a new 165 room hotel with 3500m² of commercial space fronting onto Uxbridge Road. The development was required to meet the London Plan to offset 10% CO₂ emissions through on-site renewable or low carbon technologies and Ealing’s Sustainability Checklist.

SRE undertook the Energy and Sustainability Statements to show how the development could meet the London Plan’s 10% CO₂ target and Ealing’s Sustainability Checklist through the use of a centralised CHP system supplemented by Solar Water Heating.
