A 52-unit development comprising two blocks of flats over ground floor retail space. The development was to incorporate a communal CHP system and deliver CSH Level 3.
SRE advised on and undertook energy modelling for the communal CHP system and completed the CSH and SAP Assessments enabling the development to meet the required standards and regulations. SRE also supported First Wessex by calculating appropriate heating costs for tenants.
