Development of a new community building providing office space for Portsmouth City Council, a surgery for the local healthcare trust and community leisure facilities.  The building was designed to bridge Winston Churchill Avenue (A2030).  The scheme to be assessed under BREEAM Bespoke and BREEAM Healthcare methodologies in support of the required design standards.

SRE undertook a comprehensive review of all design options to enable the client to make an informed decision.  SRE is undertaking the BREEAM Assessments and advising on design in order to achieve a BREEAM Bespoke ‘Very Good’ rating and a BREEAM Healthcare ‘Excellent’ rating.  SRE provided Sustainability advice (including BREEAM Accredited Persons) to help achieve the required standards.
