This was an exemplar site and therefore high levels of energy performance and a high quality of architectural design.  The site was mixed tenure, with social rent, private rent and 5 live work units provided, with associated communal landscaping and parking areas.  The site used communal heating systems (with roof mounted PV to provide on-site CO2 offset), with individual heat meters and monitors within each dwelling to show energy use and allow accurate billing.

SRE was involved from the planning stage through to site completion.
