Two terraced three-storey town houses built by a local contractor for prospective purchasers retiring to the area. The scheme includes off-site parking, rear gardens, interesting top floor windows and an ‘overhang’ design. SRE supported the main contractor in delivering CSH Level 3 and achieving Building Regulations compliance, with the latter being exceeded by some margin despite using conventional construction methods and without the use of any renewable energy.
