The development and conversion of traditional stable buildings into small self-contained office units. 

SRE was instructed to ensure the redevelopment met Part L2b of the Building Regulations and incorporated some form of renewable energy generation. SRE undertook the Part L compliance checks, advised on the thermal performance and technical specification including the implications of switching to biomass from oil and issued the supporting energy performance certificate.
