SRE provided an Energy Statement and Eco-Homes / BREEAM pre-assessment on the redevelopment of B1 office space into a mixed-use scheme. By recommending appropriate renewable energy technologies and measures to achieve 'Excellent' ratings, SRE's work successfully met the requirements of the local authority's sustainable construction checklist
at the first submissions.
