Lipscombe Rise was one of the first developments in the country to be fully accredited under Code for Sustainable Homes. Moreover, it achieved a Level 4 rating. SRE supported the design team in advising on how to deliver this exceptional standard including the use of use of integrated roof mounted photovoltaics and a rainwater harvesting system.

Through these and other measures the buildings exhibit an exemplary level of environmental performance.
