Essex Wharf is a proposed residential development comprising of 179 flats in four seven-storey blocks. SRE has undertaken the Energy Statement and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment to support the planning application and respond to the London Plan Sustainable Policies.
The scheme includes community heating with combined heat and power and two large roof-mounted PV arrays.
