The Old Garden, Cambridge Park, Richmond
The Old Garden is the redevelopment of a large detached residential property in Richmond. SRE supported the planning application by providing a detailed Sustainability and Energy Statement addressing the environmental benefits of building a new property over refurbishing the existing property.
The integration of a ground source heat pump (using an open loop borehole) with high efficiency gas boilers and solar water heating will enable the offsetting of over 20% of the developments predicted CO2 emissions.
