SRE provided an Energy Statement and EcoHomes pre-assessment for the proposed development of 9 residential flats within a conservation area. The Energy Statement outlined how the scheme could increase the performance of the building envelope and how on-site resource use could be minimized. The scheme has been predicted to achieve an
EcoHomes 'Excellent' rating.
