A planning application for 4 new light industrial units in Dagenham.

The units were required to achieve BREEAM Industrial ‘Very Good’ standard and to meet the London Plan requirements for 20% CO₂ offset from on-site renewable energy.

SRE provided an Energy Strategy which assessed the feasibility of photovoltaics and a connection to the Barking District Heating System.  SRE also completed the BREEAM Pre-Assessment in support of the planning application. The scheme achieved the required standards.
