A 46-unit development comprising town houses and apartments on a brown field site in the centre of Windsor. The project set out to integrate with existing dwellings and meet local authority energy and sustainability targets. 

SRE undertook a Sustainability Statement and Energy Statement in support of planning emphasising social and environmental sustainability in terms of 10% on-site renewable energy generation and layout design.
