A refurbishment of a five storey office building in the centre of Swindon where the client wished to achieve ‘Very Good’ rating under BREEAM Office and a High Energy Performance Certificate rating.

SRE advised the design team on the requirements to achieve a BREEAM Office ‘Very Good’ rating and undertook the successful BREEAM Office assessment.  The building delivered a range of additional sustainable measures as a result, including cycling facilities, high specification lighting and controls and ASHP.
