The development of a new 60 room hotel with ground floor retail space within central Camberley. The South East Plan required the development to offset 20% CO₂ emissions through the use of on-site renewable or low carbon technologies.

SRE undertook the Sustainability and Energy Statements in support of the successful planning permission, and advised the client on a range of renewable energy options culminating in the use of a CHP system to offset the required CO₂ emissions.
