The diversification of a mixed-use farming estate with renewable energy investors into accommodating the installation of a 5MW Photovoltaic (PV) ground array.

SRE identified and assessed the likely key financial and technical issues around developing such a large-scale system, which ultimately resulted in more advantageous lease agreements for the landowner and a 45% increase in contract value. The scheme has been submitted for planning and, subject to Government Review, will progress in late Spring 2011.
