The redevelopment of the Westway Cross Retail Park in order to provide new retail facades, improved access and three new retail units. The development was required to meet the London Plan to offset 20% CO₂ emissions through on-site renewable energy and address Ealing’s Sustainability Checklist.

SRE undertook the Sustainability and Energy Statement in support of a successful planning application. SRE showed how the development could meet the London Plan’s 20% CO2 offset through the use of photovoltaics and air source heat pumps
