A luxury development for 15 homes located in an old chalk quarry in Guildford. SRE supported Latchmere Property in the planning and construction phase, advising on renewable energy requirements and the delivery of CSH Level 3. Chantry Quarry won four awards at the International Property Awards for its architecture and interior design and was also named Best Residential Development in Surrey.
