A multi-million community project currently being built by Highwood Group and VIVID Homes to deliver over 1,100 new homes, and community facilities as part of Eastleigh Borough Council’s Local Plan for the next 5 years. North Stoneham Park, Phase 1 has been awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in ‘Homes – Post Construction’ category at BREEAM Awards 2019. The judges were struck by the quality of the thinking that lay behind its planning relating to wellbeing, environmental quality and biodiversity.

North Stoneham Park has already been recognised by the South Cost Property Awards 2018 as Development of the Year in the Residential – Large category. The scheme was praised as ‘an exciting new development which matches industry standards and seen as adding value to the region’.
