The Point Youth Centre, Tadley
Winner, Civic Trust Awards 2018 ; Shortlist, Community Benefit, RICS Awards 2017

A 2-storey youth centre created in collaboration with the local community, with multi-purpose halls, activity spaces, music room, recording studio and an outside recreation space. The Point Youth Centre has won a Civic Trust Award 2018, which recognises outstanding architecture, planning and design in the built environment.

The project has also been shortlisted for an AJ Architecture Award 2017, Structural Timber Award 2017 and RICS Award 2017, as well as being named ‘Winner’ of the RIBA South Awards 2017 and RIBA MacEwen Award 2017. We are proud to have worked alongside Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt to provide building regulation compliance, energy modelling and BREEAM assessments and would like to congratulate all involved in this scheme.
