Congratulations Cinnamon Care Collection on being recognised as part of the ‘Top 20 Care Homes’ in the South of England for Wellington Vale – a luxury, 80-bed care facility in Waterlooville.
SRE acted as BREEAM AP during development, ensuring scheme compliance and tracked performance to support the assessment in achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’. Our sustainability specialists provided a thorough analysis of viable renewable energy technologies via a Low & Zero Carbon Feasibility Study to meet the energy and sustainability requirements of Winchester City Council.
