SRE are pleased to announce that one of our recent projects, a large residential regeneration development in Portsmouth, has won an award for ’Regeneration Project of the Year’ at the South Coast Property Awards 2019. Goldsmith Avenue is an example of an innovative use of a brownfield site and we were proud to be involved in the project team which created 70 new flats in Portsmouth.

Stephen Cripps, Managing Director, PMC Construction thanked SRE for our involvement saying our advice was ‘instrumental in the project achieving the regeneration status and winning the Regeneration Project of the Year.’
