Crawley College, Sussex
A multi-million-pound, state-of-the-art, STEM facility within the existing campus of Crawley College, Sussex. The new 3-storey building will provide modern teaching spaces, a new reception area and a cafe.
SRE have provided BREEAM AP input to support the design and construction stages and have ensured that BREEAM New Construction 2018 requirements have been met. SBEM modelling has also been carried out to meet BREEAM standards, and SRE’s energy consultants are currently undertaking Thermal Comfort Analysis for the scheme.
