Neal Drive, Orchard Park development comprises of a dual multi-storey apartment block consisting of 80 residential units, a private basement car park and landscaped surroundings which provide green open space for the residents.

A M&E Performance Specification, including heat loss and building load calculations, was produced to detail the in-built systems and equipment which may be required to service the new development for the contractor’s tender proposals. In addition to this, to address Cambridgeshire District Council Planning Policy requirements, an Energy Statement was generated to define the energy proposals for the development. This was to ensure that the appointed contractor meets compliance with the required Building Regulations and Planning Conditions.
