The internal refurbishment for Regus of Peter House to provide 10 floors of upgraded serviced office space for existing and new clients within the centre of Manchester. SRE undertook a detailed site survey and SBEM modelling of the refurbished building, which has been redesigned to use an all-electric heating and hot water system, in order to produce the Part L2B compliance documentation and final EPC.

As SRE was instructed near to practical completion, our ability to accommodate the project within our present work schedule at short notice was key to the successful completion of the works and an accurate Level 5 dynamic energy model being completed for the scheme to meet practical completion requirements.
