As part of SRE’s dynamic energy modelling capability, the review and assessment of specified M&E equipment can be undertaken to ensure equipment performance and sizing has been specified appropriately for a project.

Working closely with M&E consultants, SRE provides point-in-time CFD and annual dynamic M&E analysis of a scheme to inform the M&E design and specification. This is an interactive process culminating with an optimised HVAC design that has been informed directly by the specific heating and cooling loads and ventilation strategy applicable for the building.
