PA to Executive Team

We have an exciting new opportunity in the Business Management team to play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our growing Executive Team.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the development of the Executive Team by:

  • Organising diaries – managing diaries of Executive Team ensuring prioritisation of important tasks and realistic scheduling;  organise internal and external meetings; arrange and book travel and accommodation.
  • Business Development - provide client briefs and presentations for business development meetings.
  • People & Culture – assist with recruitment and people and culture; deal with confidential and sensitive reports and information; update Company Handbook and HR policies; provide Orientation and Buddy Support for new starters.
  • Reporting – prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations on SRE Company KPIs
  • Reception – support Office Manager as second point of contact when answering main phone and dealing with enquiries; welcome clients and visitors
  • Events – arrange catering, accommodation, transportation etc. for events and conferences.
  • Hospitality - organize company functions such as lunches, training, client events.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Candidates will be expected to have:

  • An outgoing, proactive and positive personality and the ability to build strong trust-based relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
  • Experience as a PA.
  • A Bachelor’s/Honors degree 2:1 or above.
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Full driving license
