LEED

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognised green building certification system which provides a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.

LEED is comparable with BREEAM in that it can be applied to all building types – commercial and residential – and it works throughout the building lifecycle – design and construction, operations and maintenance, tenant fit out and significant retrofit.

SRE’s experienced in-house team can work with clients to understand LEED compliance and navigate requirements to reach certification. From the earliest stages of a project they work with the design team to provide detailed yet practical and cost-effective solutions to ensure the development has a robust, feasible LEED strategy which can be implemented throughout the duration of the project.
