LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognised green building certification system which provides a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.

LEED is comparable with BREEAM in that is can be applied to all building types – commercial and residential – and it works throughout the building lifecycle – design and construction, operations and maintenance, tenant fitout and significant retrofit.
