Adam is a certified BREEAM Assessor leading the Sustainability Methodologies & Standards Team overseeing all services and completes BREEAM Assessments for key clients at SRE. He leads coordination and engagement of project teams to progress BREEAM Assessments – reviewing documents, producing calculations and compiling site evidence to meet client BREEAM targets. Further to this, his work involves Sustainable Procurement Policies, Life Cycle Carbon Assessments, Air Quality Reports and leading on general sustainability issues within the SRE team.

Adam graduated from Cardiff University with an MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings. During his degree, Adam worked with passive design techniques for daylighting and heat gain and specialised in Distributed Energy System applications for residential units in the UK.

Outside of work, Adam trains competitively as a rower, racing at National level and has represented Wales at the Home International Regatta.
