Anna is Co-Founder and Managing Director of SRE and leads on People and Culture, Finance, and Strategy. She is a qualified Executive Coach, a Colour Insights Practitioner and a member of the International Coach Federation.

During her Masters Degree in Geography at Edinburgh University, Anna specialised in environmental issues and ethical trade. She worked for the environmental consultancy SustainAbility and spent six years working in television and radio before training in horticulture and garden design and setting up her own garden design business.

Since co-founding SRE in 2005, Anna has been balancing her role of running the business with looking after her three boys.
