Jiale works as a Sustainability Junior Consultant and is a certified LEED Green Associate. She provides support for Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Net Zero Assessments and Life Cycle Assessments for BREEAM for SRE’s ESG & Net Zero Team.

Jiale completed her MSc in Sustainable Mega Building from the University of Cardiff, where her dissertation focussed on retrofitting residential buildings to achieve net zero energy status and effectively manage summer overheating to adapt to present and future climate changes. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Liverpool and has worked as a Junior Architect, continuing to a diverse range of projects, including commercial, industrial and high-rise residential developments in China.

During her free time, Jiale enjoys cooking, exploring different restaurants and travelling.
