Rufus Davies

As a Sustainability Graduate Trainee at SRE, I’m responsible for supporting the delivery of BREEAM Assessments. I work with the Sustainability team advising clients on how to optimise the environmental performance of buildings and I also provide general support to SRE's Sustainability Team.

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sustainability and Environmental Management from University of Leeds 2024. During my studies I developed a deep understanding of contemporary environmental, climate change and sustainability issues and my dissertation focused on housing co-operatives in the UK and the impact they could have on my local area. Alongside my academic studies, I’ve done international voluntary work with organisations such as Raleigh International, Green Action, Cayman Islands Department of Environment and Cayman Islands National Trust.

Outside of work, I enjoy being active, skateboarding, playing ultimate frisbee and taking part in marathons. I’m also passionate about music and I play bass and drums, collect vinyl records and enjoy live music.
